So what do we do as fabricators?
You may be wondering exactly what our fabricators do. In this section, we will go over the tasks of a fabricator.  Our stone, marble, and granite fabricators work alongside our clients to choose the stone that will work perfectly in your home. We begin this process with templates and measurements to see how much stone will be needed for the completion of your project. Our fabricators will then see what preferences you have in mind such as, color, shading, and so much more. We are professionals, so we will also inspect the stone carefully before it is used in your home. We do this to ensure that the slab has structural integrity before we use it for your home.

Stone fabrication starts with a final inspection of the materials that our clients want to utilize for their homes. RC Marble & Granite Pros will look carefully for blemishes, scratches as well as fissures and seams. We do this so that we can determine the best appearance for the stone. Once this is done, the shaping can start. Next, we install support rods if they are needed as well as draining boards. Next, the stone is smoothed. When this is completed,  it is washed and dried, the sealant can be applied.

We always encourage our clients to meet with us, so that we can determine where you want the seams, and what length you want the overhangs to be. When you meet with us and our fabrication team, we can ensure that your stone looks exactly as you want! Also, our fabricators will advise you on the different prices for each stone so that you can choose a stone type that fits your budget. Some stones do have higher costs than others due to different factors which include how exotic the stone is, the thickness of the stone.  The cost of installation will need to be calculated as well.
